What a Way and Grace Place are in partnership to encourage and support church workers. What a Way is a LCMS initiative that works to retain and support church workers, and Grace Place is a wellness program that works to keep church workers healthy. Together we do this so church workers can teach and preach the Gospel message of salvation in Christ and to serve His people.
