What a Way thanks Iowa District West for the partnership with its “Joy in Ministry” initiative to recruit church workers and to provide prayer and financial support so that their journey to ministry will be joyful. What a Way asked each district of the LCMS to consider something similar in their district. Iowa District West is an example for all of us to consider in recruiting church workers for the next generation and in supporting current church workers.
